Job description

• As a key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.
• To provide pre and post sales technical advice and support related to products.
• Responsible for the development of the consulting/ design engineering firms, municipal and governmental bodies/ authorities in Indonesia, mainly for High-Rise Building & Manufacturing projects.
• Build up a professional specification know-how, tools, database and network.
• Secure specifications of Sika Products and application solutions in all the relevant projects.
• Develop strategic plans and high-level corporate relationship with the technical decision makers.
• Regular planned calls to architect/engineering firms, jobsite consultants and governmental bodies.
• Responsible for preparing submittals, technical proposals, and conducting seminars.
• Corporate and coordinate with other Specification and Technical Engineers, TM & KPM.
• Assist sales team to close sales opportunities, as well as proactively generate new business opportunities
• Minimum 28 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
• Min. 3 Years experienced in Sales or Specification
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a must.
• Technical competence to understand consultant’s needs – terminology, details, international standards, technology etc. (construction tender documentation experience in a plus)
• Previous experience in construction chemicals is a preferred.
• Capable of providing technical presentations to consultants and engineering professionals.
• Fluent in English both is preferred, both verbal and written.
• Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office
• Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work at Cileungsi Bogor.
