A leading pulp and paper company in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a Senior Security Executive to manage local security operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in executive security roles, particularly in manufacturing. Responsibilities include risk assessments and engaging with local security service providers.
Support to managing the local security organization as per APP requirements
Ensuring compliance with the Indonesian regulations and standards (PERPOL, PERKAP OBVITNAS)
Conducting a security risk assessment in line with APP Risk Management standard as well as establishing mitigation and response plans, commensurate with the risk
Implementing and overseeing all mitigation plans and emergency response procedures to cover all risks listed in the mill security risk assessment
Reviewing and updating the security risk assessment at least on a yearly basis
Performing SMP Quality Check by identifying and addressing non-conformities.
Assessing the local security service provider’s performance on a quarterly basis, including KPIs review
Engaging on a regular basis with the Security Manager of Resilience Mill in order to assess and review the level of service provided in their respective affiliate
Reporting any major security incidents as per the requirements outlined in the APP Security Management Program, and identifying security corrective actions in order to prevent future incidents.
Min Bachelor degree in any major
Experience around 5 years in a senior position as executive security in manufacturing
Enforcement, Military or Corporate Security
Willing to be placed in Serpong area
Willing to do frequent business trips
