Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the assembly build process for semiconductor Projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality sample build release. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement assembly build plans, schedules, and strategies to meet package requirements and deadlines.

In your new role, you will:

• Develop and maintain assembly build plans, schedules, and strategies to meet package requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with development teams to understand sample requirements and develop assembly build plans
• Analyze and optimize assembly build capacity to meet Development project demands
• Identify and address capacity bottlenecks and constraints
• Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to ensure efficient production
• Plan and coordinate material requirements for assembly build processes
• Collaborate with development teams, production teams, and material management teams to ensure alignment and coordination
• Communicate assembly build planning and scheduling status, issues, and improvements to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly build planning and scheduling issues and errors
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations requirements
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure assembly planning and scheduling quality and integrity
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve assembly build planning and scheduling processes and operations

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in assembly build planning, semiconductor development, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of semiconductor development processes and methodologies is an advantage
