Specialist, Procurement Chemical

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
2. Procure equipment through tender and negotiation process to obtain the competitive price.
3. Conduct the tender fairly and focus only to get the competitive cost of material.
4. Maintain and finalize tender/bidding process through system (SAP, SRM, RPA).
5. Accommodate user's special requirement, including urgent and emergency requests.
6. Work in-line with applicable procedures, protocols, and regulations in contract management.
7. Manage spot purchases, administration data, and contract transactions.
8. Handle contract transactions starting with analysis data for RFQ.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable university.
2. Proven work experience for at least 5 years as a Purchasing Specialist/Supervisor, Purchasing Analyst, or Sourcing Analyst.
3. Hands-on experience in procuring Chemical materials.
4. Hands-on experience with purchasing software: SAP, SRM, RPA, Microsoft, ARIBA.
5. Solid analytical and negotiation skills.
6. Fluent in English/Mandarin.
7. Willing to travel for business.
8. Placement: Serpong, Tangerang.
