Job description

Analyze financial matters to understand the current condition and provide a summary analysis of improvements in a standardized financial and accounting manner for short-term and long-term action plans.

Participate in preparing monthly and annual analyses for budgets versus actuals, and liaise with auditors for financial statements.

Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Review external audit reports.

Support business process improvements and automation initiatives.

Engage across functions on all financial aspects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Proactive, good team player, fast worker, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP systems, preferably modules FICO, MM, PS, PM, etc.

Knowledge about HTI Company is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang.
