Job summary

A leading pulp and paper company in Tangerang is seeking a Specialist in Ethics & Compliance. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of training on the Business Code of Conduct, managing communication tools, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, with proficiency in English required.

  • Preferably candidates with an ethics and compliance or risk management background.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ECD Manager in developing and conducting training on the Company's Business Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive ECD communication tools and events.
  • Liaise with ECD Ambassadors in delivering BCOC training.
  • Conduct tracking programs to ensure effectiveness of employee trainings.
  • Manage G&E records and generate periodic reports.

Job description

Specialist, Ethics & Compliance - Serpong

Support the ECD Manager in developing and conducting effective training and socialization on the Company's Business Code of Conduct and other E&C related programs.

Develop, coordinate, distribute, and update comprehensive ECD communication tools and events related to BCOC and other E&C campaigns.

Liaise with the ECD Ambassadors in delivering BCOC training and other E&C-related policies & procedures to all employees.

Conduct tracking programs and maintain follow-up efforts to ensure the effectiveness of employee trainings.

Develop and maintain communication with other functions/divisions within the company to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of ECD targets.

Manage G&E records, generate periodic reports, and provide guidance on applicable policies & procedures for all employees and stakeholders.

Manage e-Kinship submissions, conduct reviews, and provide recommendations on potential conflicts of interest.

Support the ECD Manager in improving the effectiveness of the company's G&E and E-Kinship systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Preferably candidates with an ethics and compliance or risk management background
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in English is a must
