Providing complete information about the company's products according to the needs of customers, potential customers, and non-customers.
Maintain the company's image and good name by providing friendly, polite, and professional service.
Maintain good relations between the company and customers or other interested parties.
Answering questions related to policies, procedures, and rules applicable in the company.
Resolve complaints and resolve customer issues to stay loyal.
Provide explanations in easy-to-understand language to customers who have diverse economic and educational backgrounds.

Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any related major.
Have minimum 3 years experience as Customer Service in manufacturing company.
Good attitude and interpersonal skills across functions & levels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have excellent skill with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must have strong problem-solving skills, good teamwork, and time management.
Willing to work at Serang, Banten.
