- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Kaizen, Costing Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
- Strong analytical skills and finance knowledge.
- Familiarity with Project Improvement.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mandarin speaking skills are a plus.
