Sebuah perusahaan kesehatan terkemuka di Indonesia, Alodokter, mencari profesional untuk mengelola Operasional Keuangan dan Akuntansi. Tanggung jawab utama termasuk manajemen kas, pengelolaan fungsi akuntansi, dan persiapan laporan arus kas. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki gelar dalam bidang keuangan atau akuntansi serta pengalaman di lingkungan startup.
In charge of daily Finance Operations (AP) & Accounting for the company within the group (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand).
Prepare payment schedules for the group companies & perform payments to vendors through bank portals.
Handle accounts payable functions, including reviewing all vendor bills.
Support the procurement team in vendor registration and procurement processes.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow reports for the group companies.
Manage treasury functions & perform bank reconciliations using Oracle & Xero systems.
Coordinate with banks as required.
Oversee monthly closing activities in coordination with the finance team and all business lines, especially for AP functions.
Perform other duties related to the Finance Department (AP).
