Job summary

Sparks Music is seeking a passionate Drum Teacher to deliver engaging, structured drum lessons for children aged 3–15, using our Adventure-Based Learning approach. The role focuses on building technique, theory, sight-reading, and overall musicianship within a supportive team.

You will guide students through a graded progression, prepare them for recitals and exams, and communicate progress with parents, while working on-site at various branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Music or international music certification (Trinity, Rockschool, or equivalent).
• Proficient in drum playing, sheet music reading, and musical notation.
• Comfortable teaching children aged 3–15 years.

Requirements

Proficient in drum playing, sheet music reading, and musical notation (not balok).

Comfortable and passionate about teaching children aged 3–15 yo.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.

Patient, communicative, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn.

Willing to work on-site according to the assigned branch and schedule.
