About the Challenge

As a Sparepart Sales Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our spare part sales operations—achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely delivery.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive, service, or spare part industry.
  • Strong communication skills, good appearance, analytical and logical thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office, presentation skills, and using the internet.
  • Target-oriented, possesses leadership qualities, and willing to be placed in Palembang.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and monitor spare part sales activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Handle sales transactions, process purchase proposals, and manage AR outstanding collections.
  • Collect competitor data and maintain relationships with part shop outlets and customers.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and document purchase requests.
  • Support company programs and carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
