You will

• Coordinate all activities of a Luxury space with 25 to 60 suites
• Manage a team of 20 to 60 people
• Represent the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.
• Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area
• Propose initiatives to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.
• Manage the economic results of your entity
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and control of standards and local legislation
• Ensure top-tier service and customer relations to maintain ongoing resident satisfaction
• Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support their development
• Oversee the equipment, materials, and infrastructure of the Resort
