You are

You will

• Coordinate all activities of a Luxury space with 25 to 60 suites.
• Manage a team of 20 to 60 people.
• Represent the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.
• Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area.
• Propose initiatives to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.
• Manage the economic results of your entity.
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and compliance with standards and local legislation.
• Provide top-tier service and customer relations, ensuring ongoing resident satisfaction.
• Unite and motivate your teams around clear objectives and support their development.
• Oversee the equipment, materials, and infrastructure of the Resort.
