We are seeking a Space Management Manager to lead efforts in optimizing store space performance. You’ll be responsible for analyzing space productivity, implementing optimization strategies, and supporting data-driven decisions that drive sales and operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure retail space is used effectively to support business goals.
Monitor Space Productivity
Analyze store space performance using metrics like sales per square meter, foot traffic, and conversion rates. Identify underperforming areas and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
Implement Optimization Strategies & Improve Processes
Execute initiatives to enhance space productivity. Collaborate with teams such as Merchandising and Operations to implement and measure changes. Identify and improve tools, processes, and systems related to space management.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Conduct detailed analyses of space performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. Prepare accurate reports and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal stakeholders to align space strategies with broader business objectives. Communicate with brand partners to resolve performance issues and recommend improvements.
Lead and Develop Team
Oversee team performance and support their technical and managerial development. Provide coaching and training to strengthen analytical and strategic capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Analytics, or a related field
Strong background in space planning, performance analysis, store operation, or business control
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other data platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrated leadership and experience in developing teams
