Our client, an eco-luxury wellness resort in Bali, is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa and Wellness Manager to oversee the daily operations of their spa and wellness programs, ensuring a holistic and exceptional guest experience for a five-star standard of service.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Wellness Management, Hospitality, Integrative Health, Medical, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a wellness resort, medi-spa, wellness clinic, or medical clinic environment
- Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, booking systems, and relevant software tools
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal, management, and multitasking skills
- A confident and grounded presence, with excellent team leadership capabilities
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to creating a serene and inspiring wellness atmosphere
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a strong strategic perspective
- Ability to seamlessly blend luxury hospitality with clinical integrity in all wellness offerings
- A genuine passion for longevity, transformation, and holistic guest care
- Open to both local and expat candidates
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness center, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of wellness professionals, therapists, and support staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor wellness programs, spa treatments, and holistic offerings aligned with the resorts brand and philosophy
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote wellness packages and events
- Ensure smooth scheduling and operations using the resorts booking and management systems
- Manage department budgets, generate reports, and monitor cost controls to ensure financial efficiency
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, and ensure proper certification and licensing of all spa practitioners
- Work closely with senior leadership to align wellness strategies with the resorts overall goals and guest expectations
