• Perform professional quality spa treatments including facials and body treatments (scrubs and wraps) safe and comfortable manner.
• Develop Elemis Spa business by building client relation and consistent follow up.
• Recommend products and treatments in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products.
• Cooperating with fellow staff and reporting administration about any arising issues.
• Acknowledging relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Maintaining documentation and maintenance of clients’ files.
• Suggesting and promoting retail products and additional services.
• Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations.
