Customer Engagement: Handle customer interactions, including greeting clients, explaining our services, and providing consultations.

Sales & Upselling: Actively promote and upsell services and products, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Personnel Management: Manage all personnel at the outlet (including Spa Therapists, Office Girls, and Security), ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and services to effectively showcase our offerings.

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 - 3 years of proven experience in Sales within the Wellness or Beauty industry (within an aesthetic or beauty clinic is a significant plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific products and services, with the ability to showcase their value
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring a sales team to success
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building lasting client relationships
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
