Job description

Our client is a 5* luxury boutique resort with +/- 30 rooms.

Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

1. Experience in 5* luxury resort
2. Experience in the same or similar position
3. Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
4. Island or remote location experience
5. Fully knowledgeable of spa treatments and products including latest trends
6. Flexible, innovative, resourceful, adaptable
7. Strong coaching skills
8. Excellent training & communication skills
9. Excellent guest relations skills
10. Pro-active, can-do approach
11. Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
12. Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
13. Strong leadership skills
14. Good command of English, both verbal and written
