The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the Wellness or Beauty industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Handle customer interactions, including greeting clients, explaining our services, and providing consultations.
Sales & Upselling: Actively promote and upsell services and products, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Personnel Management: Manage all personnel at the outlet (including Spa Therapists, Office Girls, and Security), ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and services to effectively showcase our offerings.
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
