Job summary

Qualifications
- Indonesian citizenship
- Experience as Front Desk Admin or receptionist
- Experience in tourism or hospitality is highly preferred
- Sales or upselling ability
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset
Responsibilities
- Welcome and settle guests upon arrival and ensure comfort before treatment
- Attend to walk-in enquiries with clear, friendly communication
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Respond to calls and messages promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Handle sales administration including retail sales and daily transaction summaries
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, payments and daily reports
- Promote and upsell spa services and packages
