Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
  • Helps the Chef De Cuisine in all his/her duties
  • Carries out and coordinates the organization, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests
  • Helps his/her Staff improve their skills and provides support for career development
  • Manages his/her team to the highest level
  • Is responsible for food hygiene, safety and quality in section
  • Participates in investment decisions for the kitchen

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2years previous experience within similar role as Sous Chef
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good knowledge of F&B service operation
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
