Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Exemplify professional behavior, embodying the brand mindset.
  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine in all responsibilities.
  • Coordinate organization, preparation, production, presentation, and ensure high standards of culinary services for guests.
  • Support staff in skill development and career growth.
  • Manage your team to achieve the highest standards.
  • Ensure food hygiene, safety, and quality within your section.
  • Participate in investment decisions related to the kitchen.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role as Sous Chef.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Solid knowledge of F&B service operations.
  • Experience in 5-star hotel operations is highly preferred.
