As a Sous Chef, you will oversee culinary operations and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
Qualifications
This position is open only to Indonesian nationals.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledge of food service management, values, nutrition, menu planning, food safety hazards, and necessary precautions.
- Team player, invested in the bigger picture, and passionate about contributing to a high-performing team.
- Self-motivated, professional, with strong attention to detail.
