We are looking for an All Day Dining (ADD) Sous Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the menu to ensure the dining experience is always fun with a wide selection of menu and rotation.
• Ensure a high quality of food & beverage is provided at all times in compliance with the Shangri-La Food Safety Standard.
• Lead the team to enhance personalized guest dining experience.
• Ensure daily operation of the kitchen runs smoothly.
• Maximize profitability for the outlet and control costs effectively.
• Support Executive Chef in daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Food & Beverage, enjoy being creative with attention to detail.
• Enjoys interacting with people.
• Strong leadership skills to guide the team positively.
• Experience in a similar capacity at an international chain hotel.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written & spoken.
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
• Enjoys planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
