Role: Sourcing Partnership Associate

You will play a vital role in managing relationships with digital goods suppliers and ensuring competitive pricing aligned with business needs. Your negotiation and collaboration skills will enhance our efficiency and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Manage supplier relationships and digital goods inventory.
2. Handle documentation related to digital goods, including commercial agreements, invoices, and purchase orders, coordinating with Legal and Finance teams as needed.
3. Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable prices and conditions.
4. Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
5. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through regular reviews to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
6. Identify new suppliers and follow up on existing leads.
7. Prepare reports and presentations on supplier performance, inventory, pricing history, and potential new suppliers for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience managing digital goods suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze profitability and recommend actions.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining digital goods supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
