Aden Indonesia is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Sourcing Officer to support procurement activities within the Supply Chain Department. This role is based in Jakarta and works closely with Category Managers, Operations, Finance, and other Head Office stakeholders. Process compliance, supplier coordination, and efficient execution are critical success factors for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility maintenance coordinators and project teams to understand procurement needs and priorities.
• Collect pricing data for sundries items from approved vendors.
• Support ad-hoc procurement projects and assigned administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely settlement of ad-hoc purchase receipts and cash purchase payments.
• Track and monitor purchase orders, resolving discrepancies or delivery delays.
• Assist in vendor performance monitoring and supplier relationship management.
• Prepare documentation for cash purchases and settlement processes.
• Support Category Managers in item creation and category assignment in the system.
• Collect and maintain supplier documentation for new vendor onboarding.
• Assist in collecting supplier pricing data for monthly price negotiations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Interest in data analysis and reporting.
• Active English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work cross-functionally.
