Job description

Plays a key support role in the sourcing and procurement process by managing purchase orders, coordinating sample approvals, tracking supplier performance, and ensuring accurate documentation. This position works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of sourcing activities, focuses on operational follow-up and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

Help onboard approved suppliers by collecting documents and setting up vendor details.

Create and manage purchase orders.

Collaborate with brands owner to understand sourcing needs and ensure specifications are met.

Coordinate sample requests and approvals before bulk production.

Track supplier performance (delivery, quality, and responsiveness).

Maintain accurate records of prices, delivery timelines, and product info.

Organize and update contracts, certifications, and sourcing documents.

Work with other teams (merchandising, quality, logistics, finance) to support daily sourcing tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or buying — preferably in retail, trading, or sourcing offices.

Experience working with China-based suppliers is a strong advantage.

Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) — Mandarin will be an advantage .

Good attention to detail and time management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel program.

Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
