Sourcing Category Manager (IFM Background)

Aden Services – Indonesia is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sourcing Category Manager to manage sourcing activities for a wide range of non-food categories including cleaning equipment & tools, chemicals, maintenance supplies, office and marketing materials, disposables, and soft/hard services. Based in Jakarta, this role is critical in achieving cost optimization, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining reliable delivery timelines across our operations. You will be part of the Supply Chain team and work closely with internal clients and suppliers, while leveraging ERP systems to maintain procurement efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze spending in assigned categories to identify and pursue cost-saving opportunities
• Define procurement requirements and technical specifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Conduct market research and vendor sourcing activities
• Manage end-to-end tender processes, analyze quotations, and support supplier selection
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships through evaluations and improvement plans
• Monitor and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure value, compliance, and performance
• Support Sales & Operations in new project procurement needs
• Ensure accurate procurement data entry and maintenance in ERP, including item creation and trade agreements
• Lead monthly negotiations to control costs and improve savings
• Present procurement performance, analysis, and recommendations to management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry
• Proven skills in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract handling
• Strong understanding of ERP-based procurement workflows (Procure-to-Pay)
• Highly proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
