Job description

Source and Vendor Management will direct report to Group Head of Source and Vendor Management.

Source and Vendor Management is responsible for managing sourcing and vendor activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. The role focuses on supporting project operations through effective vendor coordination and accurate procurement execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support operational and project requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage procurement documents, vendor contracts, and performance records.
  • Coordinate with project and finance teams for budgeting, cost estimation, and payment follow-up.
  • Support tender processes, including quotation comparison, supplier evaluation, and report preparation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and recommend improvements when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and related regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, procurement, or project administration, preferably in construction, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor evaluation, tendering, and cost estimation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
