SOP & Quality Management Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SOP & Quality Management Assistant Manager to support and improve our quality, safety, and compliance frameworks in line with international ISO standards. This role is essential in strengthening operational integrity across departments within our marine and oil & gas business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and control of SOPs across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 45001 (OHSMS).
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification processes.
  • Collaborate with IT on the development and testing of business process systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through business process analysis.
  • Support HSE in maintaining the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
  • Assist in audits and documentation for marine operations during external assessments.
  • Train and coach department heads and staff on SOP best practices and ISO standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Operations, or Industrial/Quality Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in internal audit, quality assurance, or compliance roles.
  • Certification as an Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
