SOP Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and proactive SOP Manager to join our team. The SOP Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operational procedures across all departments to ensure efficiency, compliance, and standardization in line with regulatory and corporate guidelines.

This role is pivotal in streamlining operations, improving productivity, and ensuring our processes align with the highest standards in the tobacco industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, review, and update SOPs for all operational functions including production, logistics, sales, quality control, HR, and compliance.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and standardize procedures.
3. Ensure SOPs comply with national regulations (BPOM, SNI, Kementerian Kesehatan) and internal company policies.
4. Conduct training and onboarding for staff regarding SOP implementation and updates.
5. Monitor adherence to SOPs and conduct periodic audits to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
6. Analyze operational data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and lead SOP revisions accordingly.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SOPs with strategic business goals.
8. Maintain an organized repository of all SOP documents and manage version control.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in SOP development or operational excellence, preferably in a tobacco/FMCG/manufacturing environment.
3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the tobacco industry is a plus.
4. Excellent project management, documentation, and analytical skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
7. Detail-oriented, structured thinker with a passion for process improvement.
