Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning service team and ensure work is carried out according to SOP
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Conduct area inspections and quality control for cleanliness
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of team members
• Control stock of chemicals, cleaning equipment, and work supplies
