About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at TechMaju, you will bridge the gap between our customers and our platform by combining technical expertise, customer success, and product enhancement. This role extends beyond customer onboarding and support to include system integration, technical consultation, and collaborative product innovation. You’ll be a key player in driving adoption, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge features that address real-world customer needs.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Background in a technical or customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation consulting.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, technical integrations, or customer onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering).
- Fresh graduates with internships or relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.), and system integrations.
- Experience or interest in exploring AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools or principles is a bonus, as is experience with cloud-based environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on detail and customer success.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer and product success.
Responsibilities
Customer Success and Technical Support:
- Lead customer onboarding, ensuring seamless adoption of the TechMaju platform through tailored guidance and training.
- Serve as an escalation point for L2 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Assist customers in integrating the platform into their workflows, ensuring optimal use and value realization.
Technical Consultation and Integration:
- Partner with customers to design and implement solutions for unique use cases, leveraging APIs and customization capabilities.
- Build small proof-of-concept implementations or scripts to demonstrate platform functionality or solve customer challenges.
- Recommend best practices for platform integration and deployment.
Product Collaboration and Innovation:
- Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and analyzing feedback to influence product development.
- Collaborate with the product team to test, refine, and launch new platform features.
- Research and prototype new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance customer workflows and platform capabilities.
Technology Exploration and Optimization:
- Leverage AI tools to streamline customer onboarding, support processes, and technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes for both customers and internal teams.
Customer Advocacy:
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and outcomes, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Provide regular updates and insights to customers about platform developments and new features.
