As an energetic and reliable professional, the Solutions Center Representative is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing Bank policies to solve customer requests, issues and directing calls to others in the Bank when necessary. The incumbent is often the first point of contact for customers' account and other product issues so it is critical to be able to commit to a high level of customer service/satisfaction and handle each call in an efficient and accurate manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • A minimum of 7 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

HOURS

  • Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday, 9 am to noon - alternating Saturdays
