Job Description

• Design, specify, and configure mechanical systems, cooling solutions, and power infrastructure tailored to client needs, ensuring efficient performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including consultations on mechanical and thermal management aspects of data centers, helping clients achieve the most effective and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems in data center environments.
• Assist in the planning, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training to customers and internal teams on system operation and maintenance. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and operational procedures.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to assess customer needs, create solution proposals, and address any technical challenges that arise during project execution.
• Conduct testing and simulations of mechanical systems, identify potential improvements, and implement strategies to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and cooling system issues, providing practical solutions to ensure uptime and optimal operation.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in mechanical system design, cooling systems, or power infrastructure, preferably with exposure to data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, and thermal management principles.
• Knowledge of power systems, UPS (uninterruptible power supply), and critical infrastructure systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with data center operations, energy efficiency, and sustainable technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and cooling system issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken) is required.
