Responsibilities
- Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain advanced to expert level technical knowledge in Microsoft products such as Windows 11, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Surface, and managed service solutions like AutoPatch and Microsoft Managed Desktop.
- Scale Customer Engagements: Act as a trusted advisor and consultative technical seller by enhancing your skills in delivery, discovery, demos, and whiteboarding.
- Build Strategy: Understand Microsoft product strengths and competitors to overcome blockers and secure technical decisions for Microsoft.
- Solution Design and Proof: Understand customer business needs deeply, differentiate Microsoft solutions, share insights, reframe the status quo, and quantify business impacts to motivate customer action. Know when to escalate, push back, or unblock technical blockers.
- Scale Through Partners: Collaborate with partners in sell-with scenarios, providing trusted technical knowledge and support.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 6+ years of experience, or
- Master's Degree in relevant field plus 4+ years of experience, or
- Equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years experience with cloud/hybrid/on-premises infrastructure, architecture, migrations, standards, or technology management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect, Cloud Technologies, Security, Architecture).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
