Job summary

The role involves conducting technical quality assurance reviews and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering solutions within quality and time targets.

Candidates should be highly involved in managed service solutions testing and support ITIL standards alignment within the solution delivery function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new delivery solutions are implemented for the end customer, aligned with the approved design.
• Highly involved in managed service solutions testing and commissioning plans.
• Performs technical quality assurance reviews on solution delivery.
• Responsible for ensuring customer solutions are delivered according to committed quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Support the alignment of the solution delivery function with ITIL standards and framework.
