Job Description:
- Lead product demonstrations, translating the value of Advance AI’s KYC (Know Your Customer) solutions to meet customer challenges.
- Perform due diligence on the client using information from marketing, sales, and secondary sources.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by publishing blogs and authoring whitepapers.
- Own and achieve commercial excellence while working with regional business development teams.
- Innovate and adapt solutions and commercial strategies to meet industry demand.
- Assist customers through the Proof of Concept (POC) process while providing POC analytics to demonstrate value.
- Project manage Requests for Proposals from beginning to end.
- Act as a point of escalation within the solution consulting team and assist in coordination with delivery, product, sales, and operations teams.
Job Requirements:
- Combine your strong Payments and User Onboarding industry expertise with a comprehensive understanding of Advance AI’s KYC solutions, business acumen, and customer management experience to manage opportunities end-to-end.
- Be an enthusiast who stays ahead of the latest industry developments in the regulatory technology space, including Merchant fraud, Credit Card risk, and Payments Risk.
- Be an innovator who can think ahead of the industry curve and identify solutions to tomorrow’s problems.
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical terms into simple concepts.
- Have an affinity for technology evangelism and customer engagement.
- Have at least 6 years of experience in a technical solutions or presales capacity.
- Ability to quickly learn through your innate sense of curiosity.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with SaaS and other cloud-based applications, familiarity with cloud architecture and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication is required.
