An established industry player is seeking a dynamic technical sales support professional. In this role, you will explain complex IT solutions to clients, support sales activities, and prepare technical aspects for tenders. Your expertise in Cloud, Networking, and Security will be essential in developing tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Explain and offer complex products/solutions to potential customers.
- Support sales activities by providing hybrid and multi-service alternatives.
- Prepare technical aspects to support the sales team's tender activities.
- Evaluate sales proposal content and ensure data completeness.
- Prepare technical aspects for the tender process.
- Conduct solution socialization and provide technical explanations to the internal operations team.
- Develop and prepare technical aspects based on customer requests and coordinate with the internal operations team/vendor to deliver the best solution to customers.
- Support the sales team in technical presentations to customers.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline by ensuring that the proposed solutions align with customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and vendors, to enhance solution effectiveness and sales success
- Maintain professionalism in the workplace by demonstrating discipline, effective communication, and strong technical expertise in interactions with customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the IT industry.
- Passionate about enhancing knowledge in Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Security, GPU & AI
- Capable of understanding programming languages.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Focused on achieving a high-quality pipeline through precise customer needs analysis.
- Ability to work within a team and adopt a collaborative approach to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of work, including work ethics, communication, and technical skills.
