Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level Solution Architect with hands-on experience in BSS (Business Support Systems) within the telecommunication sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to support solution design, integration, and migration activities related to telecom billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end solution architecture and design for BSS/billing transformation projects.
• Participate in system configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist in data migration tasks using Oracle PL/SQL and Shell scripting.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to implement scalable and secure solutions.
• Contribute to system documentation and prepare technical presentations when needed.
• Help troubleshoot and support post-go-live activities for deployed solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in BSS systems within the telecom industry.
• Familiar with platforms such as BSCS, Geneva, ZSmart, CBIO, or Revenue Manager.
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, basic ETL, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Understanding of telecom processes such as billing, roaming, interconnect, and CRM integration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
