Job summary

PT Dom Pizza Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to design end-to-end architecture across ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, and marketplace platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, review vendor proposals, set integration standards, and provide governance for internal teams and partners while safeguarding cybersecurity and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Systems, Software Engineering, System Integration, or Digital Platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Experience with ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, payment, loyalty, or retail/QSR technology platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solution designs.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and architecture documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, solution documentation, and technology implementation plans.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, API gateways, middleware, data platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, POS solutions, mobile applications, marketplace integrations, or restaurant technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

This role to ensure every technology solution is well-designed, future-ready, and aligned with business objectives.

Design end to end solution architecture across digital platforms, ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, marketplace, loyalty, data, and system integration projects.

Qualifications :
