Job description

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
2. At least 1-year experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, including writing and executing Test Scenarios, Test Plans, Test Cases, and conducting Reviews.
3. Experience in testing types such as Functional Test, Unit Test, System Integration Test (SIT), Regression Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT), Stress Test, and Load Test.
4. Knowledge of Agile SDLC implementation.
5. Experience with defect management tools, e.g., JIRA.
6. Ability to read and analyze documents such as FSD, PRD, and other project-related documents.
7. Experience in project management within the QA field according to applicable SOPs.
8. Programming background is an advantage.
9. Experience in automation testing is a plus.
10. Good team player, independent, innovative thinker, detail-oriented, highly analytical, and a self-learner.
11. Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Indonesian; fluency in English is a plus.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
13. Available to join immediately.
14. Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Bandung.

Responsibilities

1. Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases.
2. Establish and adhere to company quality assurance standards.
3. Analyze consumer complaints and quality discrepancies to identify root causes and resolution actions, following company guidelines.
4. Ensure the products meet company standards and consumer needs.
5. Conduct system tests based on scenario test cases, either manually or through automation.
6. Create sprint reports and defect reports based on daily activities.
7. Report bugs or testing issues to the QA Lead, PM, PO, or relevant technical teams, and analyze issues to provide solutions or feedback.
