About the position

Join our team at HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as Software Implementation Manager (Smart Park Project Management). This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.

What you'll be doing and What we're looking for:

Job Description:

Ready to take up full responsibility for the implementation and delivery of Smart Park such as Smart Industrial Zone projects, Building, etc.

Leading requirement analysis, system deployment, environment setup, testing, and go-live stages.

Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, product, pre-sales) and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare implementation documentation, deployment guides, and client training materials.

Support integration of subsystems including CCTV surveillance, access control, and energy management.

Provide early-stage operations and maintenance support, including troubleshooting and remote assistance.

Summarize project experiences and continuously improve implementation processes and toolkits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Automation, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system implementation or integration projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead full-cycle implementation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong customer service awareness.
  • Willingness to travel global and Local, Willingness to do business travel for on-site support.
  • Experience in Smart Park / Smart City / IoT / Security system projects is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – mandatory, Candidates with Mandarin language skill is a plus for consideration as a part of core member for communication with HQ team.
  • Experience with Development operation tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins.
  • Experience working on large-scale industrial park or smart city projects.
  • Familiar with dealing with enterprise or government clients.
  • Able to read technical documentation in English, Chinese, or Japanese.
