  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and execute the team’s technical roadmap.
  • Oversee delivery on key initiatives, including the development of foundational services supporting a scalable Cells architecture.
  • Facilitate agile processes and continuously improve operational efficiency across projects.
  • Support incident management and ensure the availability and resilience of core infrastructure systems.
  • Empower technical decision-making while maintaining accountability for final outcomes and delivery quality.
Qualifications

  • Strong track record of managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to deliver foundational architecture or platform services in a complex SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong technical foundation with credibility in engineering discussions and decisions.
Nice to have
  • Experience with cellular or modular architecture migrations.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Go, TypeScript, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
  • Background in enterprise developer tools or open-source contributions.
Benefits
  • Fully remote and asynchronous work model with flexible hours.
  • Competitive compensation including equity and stock purchase plan.
