Job summary

OCBC Indonesia is seeking an experienced software developer to design, build, and deliver secure, scalable banking software within an Agile team. You will implement code based onFunctional Specifications and drive value through robust technical solutions.

The role requires backend, frontend, and mobile experience (Java Spring Boot, Golang, React Js, Kotlin/Swift) and is on-site at BSD City, Tangerang. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/IT or a related field.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot, Golang for backend, React Js for frontend, and Kotlin or Swift for mobile.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Willing to work onsite at BSD City, Tangerang (OCBC Space).

Responsibilities

• Develop program code based on Functional Specification Design.
• Participate in all phases of Agile software development from design to deployment.
• Provide architectural guidance for end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability.
• Contribute technical input and time estimates during gathering stages within limits.
• Ensure program quality through internal testing with programmers and prepare for UAT.
• Report issues or delays in the development process to the Project Manager or Line of Business Manager.
• Create comprehensive system documentation to support project success.
