About the Role:

As a Backend Developer (NestJS), you will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance server-side applications using the NestJS framework. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing efficient backend components that ensure optimal performance and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Node.js and NestJS, along with a passion for creating robust and reliable backend systems.

Job Descriptions:

• Ability to effectively analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop improved solutions.

• Perform thorough testing of services, including unit and integration tests.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed modules.

• Execute load tests and compile reports on the findings for services, as per the agreed scenarios with the client.

• Excellent communication skills and a receptive attitude are key attributes for this position.

• Perform service development in accordance with the requirements of the client.

• Follow standards development from client.
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience or certifications/courses, is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience/certifications).

• Must have at least 4–5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js.

• Must have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience building applications with NestJS and TypeScript.

• Strong expertise in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with basic frontend web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and popular frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic knowledge of containerization and cloud services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).

• Strong grasp of security best practices (e.g., JWT, OAuth) in backend systems.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and debugging complex issues.

• Familiarity with TypeScript and writing clean, maintainable code.

• Experience with Golang or Java is highly preferred.

• Eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in backend technologies.
