The Payment team covers crucial operations within PROP—Payment, Refund, Order, and Promo management.

Our Post-Purchase Journey team is responsible for enhancing the user experience across key post-purchase touchpoints such as the Order List, Order Details, and Admin Care interfaces. This team focuses on optimizing the display and user interface elements, particularly in the App and Front-End (FE) environments, ensuring users and Customer Service (CS) have seamless interactions.

You will work closely with various teams to deliver clean, intuitive, and responsive designs that directly influence user satisfaction and operational efficiency. The impact of your work will be felt across critical metrics like customer satisfaction, retention, and overall user engagement.


Your main duties in flying with us
  • Build features from scratch (Analyzing requirements, identifying gaps, designing and implementing solutions) or extend code using best practices. Our services are primarily developed in Golang
  • Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure timely project launches
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debts, and improve existing code
  • Document and communicate your work effectively
  • Participate in peer code reviews as everyone on the team is involved in PR reviews
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Software Engineering related).
  • Have prior internship experience as software engineer is a plus
  • Proficiency of algorithms and data structures that required in problem solving and logical thinking abilities
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (DDL DML)
  • Familiarity with Git, Golang (is a plus), Java (jdk > 8), RDBMS, basic VM and Docker
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Open mindedness and willingness to continuously learn
  • Problem solving and logical thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management to prioritize tasks
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Accountability / strong ownership
