Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and adaptable data software engineers to join our team. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in implementing ETL processes to provide structured data. You will contribute to our software engineering efforts related to data.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Understand and implement ETL processes to deliver structured data on time.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
3. Review code adhering to best practices for readability, testing, documentation, reliability, security, and performance.
4. Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high-performing backend services.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics from reputable universities, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
2. Experience in developing and maintaining ETL engines, crawling, and parser engines.
3. Experience in ensuring data quality and system optimization for cost efficiency.
4. Deep understanding of JavaScript and Object-Oriented Programming.
5. Good communication skills in English.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
7. Experience with SQL databases.
8. Experience using AWS services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web scraping tools (Puppeteer, Selenium, Beautiful Soup).
• Experience with OCR tools (OpenCV, Tesseract, Python).
• Experience in REST API development (Node.js).
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture / Microservices Architecture.

Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia are preferred.
