About the Role:
Join our dynamic Risk Platform team as a Software Engineer Backend. We are dedicated to building a robust risk platform to safeguarding our company and our customers from fraudulent activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop new backend services to enhance our risk engine as a platform.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in SQL, especially MySQL query and BigQuery SQL query
• Familiarity with database schema design and optimization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with PubSub messaging systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Nice to have: familiar with Google Cloud Function, Cloud Workflow and DataFlow
