We are seeking a Software Engineer to work in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves building expertise in assigned functions while meeting performance objectives under supervision.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Perform assigned software maintenance, enhancement, and development tasks to support project delivery and product support.
2. Participate in R&D of innovative, high-quality software products for HRMS.
3. Develop or enhance existing user interface functionalities.
4. Assist with bug fixes and present solutions to senior engineers.
5. Implement approved designs within scheduled time and budget.
6. Stay updated with the latest technology and apply it in projects.
7. Write and review product documentation in English.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience for medium to senior level.
3. Skills required: C#, .NET, SQL, Server, Web MVC, Mobile.
4. Preferably experience in HR-related software or database applications.
5. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
6. Hands-on experience with medium to large system development.
7. Proactive attitude with strong responsibility and ownership.
8. Good communication skills in English.
